My baby pom and blind calico both saw Dr. Jackson yesterday, it was our first time meeting her and I knew immediately that I would like her to be our vet from now on. I had been anxious with questions swirling in my mind but within seconds of Dr. Jackson entering the room, I felt at ease. Dr. Jackson not only answered all my questions but she also clearly explained everything she was doing and everything I would need to do at home. I now have an organized plan for each of my pets and she even took time to tell me what a great home I’m giving them both and I really needed that affirmation. Seeing my baby pom limping was scary and knowing my kitty needed more bloodwork had felt ominous. Dr. Jackson warmly welcomed my animals and cared for them as if she had known and loved them all their lives. I’m so reassured. I even feel more confident as a pet parent now that we see Dr. Jackson.

Dr. Jackson was absolutely amazing with my little dog Max. He is usually terrified and gets aggressive but not with Dr.Jackson- she was kind and patient with him and he loved her. The most kind, compassionate and competent veterinarian I have ever had take care of one of my dogs. What a great visit!!!

My last dog loved going to Mill Pond Vet. The staff & Vets are amazing & helpful. I just inherited 2 huge dogs that had no records of any vaccinations & let me tell you the prices at Mill Pond are very reasonable. I was given info. on insurance for both dogs incase something happens down the line. Also, if I want to order medications online the Vets are willing to help you get the best price for your pet's needs. They email or call or text you reminders about your appointments. If you're looking for a place that will take good care of your pet- try Mill Pond in Branford, right near the high school.

I moved to Branford a few months ago and hadn’t chosen a new vet. My 19 yo kitty died in his sleep and I needed to find a vet to do his cremation. The girls at the Mill Pond desk were so kind and compassionate. I was so comfortable there that I immediately made an appointment for my dog’s check up and vaccines. They were able to fit us in the next week and I had another great experience when I brought him in. I highly recommend Mill Pond!
